Torr Downloader

Torrent Downloader is a one of a kind torrent client which offers its users the option to download torrents without having to browse for them. It is also a new addition to the play store and hence requires data from its users to measure and improve the app’s performance. This is done with the help of Firebase analytics, which is an analytics tool provided by Google.

Torrent Downloader uses the Analytics and Crash reporting features of Firebase Analytics to collect information about the usage patterns of the app and to diagnose issues without using any personally identifiable information about the user.

What data is being collected?

How the user interacts with the user interface.


Searches made using the app.


Downloads using the app and their performance.


How is the data used?

The data collected is used to measure the app’s performance, diagnose potential issues and improve the features of the app. The data is completely anonymous, doesn’t contain any information to uniquely identify a user and thus cannot be traced back to the user. User privacy is not affected in any way.

Data Usage and Protection Policies

We are proud to be a signatory and supporter of the  That’s Not Privacy  campaign. At a high level, it is easy say that “we know nothing”.
